HealthPlus Staffing is partnering with a well-established private practice in Port St. Lucie, FL, seeking a full-time Pediatrician to join their team. This permanent opportunity offers a supportive environment, strong community presence, and competitive compensation.

Schedule : Full-time (4 days / week)

One day 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM

Four days 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

No weekends

Call :

Once every 3rd week (phone only, minimal volume – ~6 calls total per week).

No hospital rounding

Patient Load :  20–25 patients / day, comfortable pace.

Practice Type :  Privately owned Pediatrics group.

Candidate Profile :

Board Eligible / Certified Pediatrician (MD or DO).

Spanish preferred, but not required.

Must be comfortable with outpatient pediatric care.

Compensation & Benefits :

Base salary : $200,000+ (negotiable with experience).

Bonus system in place (details to be provided by owner).
