Licensed Practical Nurse -LPN

Pay Rate Range : $24-28 / HR

Sign on Bonus

Full time nights- $3,500

Full time days- $2,500

Per diem- $500

Qualifications?

Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered LPN license

Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)

TB skin test -2 step (current within last 12 months)

One year prior hands-on nursing experience

Must have reliable transportation?

Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation and compliance with nursing care and policies and procedures

Continuing Education as required by state
