About the Role
The Company is seeking three volunteer members to join its Board of Directors, with a focus on governance and strategy. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in their specialized area, be strategic thinkers with the ability to execute, and demonstrate a deep commitment to the values of the organization. Board members are expected to be actively engaged, attending regular meetings, and participating in the school's events and initiatives.
