Description
The full-time OEI Academic Advisor is a member of the Equity & Inclusion staff and is responsible for direct service to the students who receive scholarships under the OEI office, who include low-income, Pell eligible, and first-generation college students from diverse backgrounds. This knowledgeable and student-oriented person will work directly with OEI scholars and will offer personal, academic, and career advising on one-on-one setting as well as in small groups. This position reports to the Director of Equity & Inclusion Programs and is a full-time, salaried position in Student / Academic Affairs.
Close collaboration is expected with other staff and offices and programs across the College; including the Learning Commons, the Dean of Student Affairs Office, Student Activities, Health and Counseling Services, the Office of Residence Life and Housing, Athletics, Center for Civic Engagement and faculty.

Compensation : $ $60,406
This salary range reflects the College's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for the position at the time of the job posting.
