This position will perform a broad range of operational, administrative, human resources and accounting tasks. Duties to include :

• Assisting the President and project teams
• Order entry using QuickBooks
• Planning company outings and events
• Project work in support of the Office Manager and HR team
• General administrative and clerical tasks
• Other duties as assigned
