Overview

Gallagher Charter Lakes is looking for an Insurance Customer Service Representative to join their growing team. This is a full-time hybrid position. The typical working hours are Monday through Friday from 8am to 5 pm EST. Do you have a passion for Customer Service and are looking to work alongside an award winning industry leader? How you'll make an impact

What will you be doing?

• Provides customer service to variety of customers over the telephone
• Interacts with insureds and explains coverages, updates account information and processes renewals and cancellations.
• Responsible for the servicing of existing clients-identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction
• Receives and responds to customer service inquiries both written and verbal. Follows-up on customer issues, researches problems and processes documents necessary to ensure a successful resolution. Provides accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods / tools. Handles calls and correspondence that are predominantly routine but may require some deviation from standard procedures.
