Key Responsibilities :

Develop and provide students with an approved syllabus that includes terminal course objectives

Organize, prepare, and regularly update all course materials and utilize technology for course accessibility

Set clear course expectations and ensure consistent grading and timely feedback to students

Required Qualifications :

A master's degree is required, with 18 graduate hours in the subject for undergraduate teaching

Subject matter expertise and outstanding communication skills are essential

Excellent motivational and instructional skills in a diverse environment are required

Ability to work collegially and facilitate diverse group efforts
