Facility : UnityPoint at Home – Fort Dodge

Schedule : 3x12 Days (with potential for on-call or weekend coverage as needed)

Contract Length : 13 weeks

Charting System : EPIC

Holidays : Required to work 2 of 3 major winter holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year)

Experience : At least 2 years of OT experience across all age groups; prior travel and home health experience preferred
