A company is looking for a CA Licensed Clinician : ASW, LCSW, APCC or LPCC in Behavioral Health focused on Pediatrics.
Key Responsibilities
Provide customized care to patients based on individual needs and coordinate with primary care providers
Screen patients for behavioral health and substance use disorders and monitor clinical symptoms
Document patient progress and treatment recommendations in electronic health records and facilitate care plan changes as needed
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field from an accredited program
Licensed to practice in California as an associate clinician (ASW, APCC) or independent clinician (LCSW, LPCC)
Minimum of 2 years experience in pediatrics as a licensed professional
Secure, high-speed internet connection capable of supporting video conferencing
