Job description

Job Title : In-Home PTA Weekend Only Care Provider

Company : Home Health Care, Inc.

Schedule : Saturdays & Sundays per diem

Compensation : $42 - $46 per visit

Be the helping hand clients need moston the weekends. At Home Health Care, Inc. , your PTA license can make a difference with flexible in-home care shifts that dont interfere with your weekday routine.

What Youll Do :

  • Carry out prescribed PT exercises
  • Monitor and report patient progress
  • Educate patients and families on mobility practices

  • MN-licensed Physical Therapist Assistant
  • Availability for Saturday / Sunday visits
  • Ability to travel between clients
