About The Position

Certifications : BLS, EPIC experience required

Must-Have : Candidates will be reviewed to determine clinical fit, and if they pass, will be sent for a final decision.

Description :

Acute care experience is required.

Schedule requirements are Monday to Friday from 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM.

Candidates will be reviewed by clinical staff for clinical fit.

If the candidate passes this review and meets the guidelines, they will be sent to the manager for a final decision.

Management will conduct interviews with selected candidates.

Candidates may care for COVID-19 patients.

The facility is tobacco and fragrance-free.

There are no call requirements.

Candidates may be required to work weekends, with a preference for three weekend shifts per quarter.

COVID-19 vaccination is required, with exemptions allowed for medical or religious reasons.

Flu vaccination is also required, with exemptions only for medical or religious reasons.

Candidates should possess skills in various areas, including assessment, patient care, and rehabilitation techniques.

Experience with both geriatrics and adult patients is necessary.

The daily patient census is approximately 200 visits needed across the department.

Physical therapists may rotate among general medicine, surgical, neurological, trauma, or cardiac units.

Candidates must have excellent time management and communication skills.

Experience with EPIC is heavily preferred.

The role includes patient family education and developing plans of care.
