Job Summary
We are hiring a reliable Roofer who can deliver high-quality installation and repair of high-end residential roofs. Your core responsibility is to produce accurate, safe, and premium-level roofing workshingle, slate, copper, and custom metalthat meets Five Star Roofing standards. If you are accountable, detail-oriented, and committed to consistent results, you will succeed and grow with our team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality installation of shingles, slate, copper, and metal roofing.
• Complete roof prep, tear-offs, and site setup safely and efficiently.
• Diagnose roof problems and determine correct repair procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized job site at all times.
• Communicate clearly with foreman, team, and customers about work status.
• Support inside shop metal work when needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of roofing or construction experience preferred
• Able to work safely at heights and in all weather conditions (heat, cold, roofs, crawl spaces)
• Reliable, hardworking, and consistently on time
• Coachable, with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Able to follow instructions and safety procedures
• Available to work occasional Saturdays
