Senior Director of SRE

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Site Reliability Engineering & Software Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop the SRE team, optimizing practices and enhancing performance standards

Drive strategic technology decisions and manage the core product technology roadmap

Implement operational excellence through monitoring, automation, and disaster recovery planning

Required Qualifications

12+ years of software engineering experience, with 6+ years in SRE or infrastructure leadership

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)

Proven experience in building and scaling SRE teams in high-growth technology companies

Deep expertise in cloud platforms, containerization, and Infrastructure as Code

Strong background in distributed systems and experience with monitoring and observability tools
