Plumbing Project Manager
We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Project Manager to oversee commercial plumbing projects in the Baltimore area. The ideal candidate will have experience in Mechanical Construction with a focus on Plumbing, demonstrating experience with projects up to $500k, including multi-family residences, supermarkets, strip malls, urgent care centers, coffee shops, and car dealerships.
Responsibilities
- Manage permits and inspections by applying for and processing permits, and coordinating with permit offices for inspections and approvals.
- Collaborate with General Contractors to review project specifications, modifications, field engineering, or other recommendations.
- Handle Requests for Information (RFIs) by ensuring timely responses and resolutions, and maintaining RFI logs.
- Oversee material management processes such as requesting quotes, ordering materials, maintaining material lists, understanding lead times and availability, reviewing invoices and job cost comparisons, and planning material needs.
- Manage warranty processes by verifying warranty eligibility, requesting replacements, and tracking warranty claims.
- Create and update proposal templates, write change orders, and assemble submittal packages.

This position requires working in the office five days a week, within a small team of approximately ten people. The work environment is collaborative, emphasizing the importance of each individual's contribution. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). This role is initially offered as a 12-month contract with the potential for hire.
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00 / hr.
