Overview
Rite-Hite Sales Professionals work within protected territories to represent our various lines of products and services. Our customer base includes anyone with a warehouse, with emphasis on Fortune 500 manufacturers and distribution centers. This is an outside sales position which will focus on capital equipment sales, large projects and accounts. You will be responsible for growing existing accounts, prospecting and securing new customers, and introducing new products to the territory. This position covers the Inland Empire and other assigned territories.

Compensation and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70,000 - $100,000. Geographic differentials are considered in areas of higher cost of living. Nine paid holidays (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year's Eve). New employees are eligible for up to two weeks of vacation (pro-rated based on hire date within the first year). Additional paid time off based on tenure. Based on time in the job, you will be eligible for additional PTO (vacation, sick leave, etc.). We offer 72 hours PTO (1 hour for every 40 worked) to employees in California.
