• 14 days per month with 10 days of call includes clinic and surgery coverage
• Daily census of 15 patients
• Mixed outpatient clinic and surgery schedule Mon / Wed / Fri clinic, Tue / Thu surgery
• Solo coverage with CRNA support
• Endoscopy required both upper and lower procedures
• 8 am - 5 pm clinic hours with variable surgery schedule
• Outpatient clinic and hospital coverage
• Ongoing general surgery coverage needed
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
