About the Job : The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. The Global Business Strategy and Operations (GBS&O) team is responsible for providing insightful review, perspective and direction on the strategy and operating performance of Google's Global Business Organization (GBO). Our mission is to architect and accelerate the transformation of our Global Business Organization (GBO) and partners across Ads. GBS&O is part of the Global Go-to-Market (GTM) organization that ensures Google's complex business is pursuing the best strategy and executing flawlessly. Team members are experts in business strategy and operations - analytical and strategic, yet highly pragmatic and results-oriented. As a member of the Strategy & Planning team, your primary responsibility will be to define and lead global research initiatives. This involves close collaboration with executives and senior cross-functional leaders within Google's Business, Product, Engineering, Brand, and Sales organizations.
