Licensed Social Worker (Contract)

As a Therapist, you will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive therapeutic services within the community setting. Your responsibilities will include conducting diagnostic assessments, providing individual and group therapy, and offering case management services to clients encompassing adults, teens, and children.

Responsibilities :

• Clinical Care :

Maintain clinical responsibility for the assigned caseload.

Consistently meet productivity goals.

Utilize clinical interventions to support clients in various areas, including sobriety, coping with mental health challenges, safe lifestyle choices, healthy socialization, suicide prevention, academic success, family restoration, and overall well-being.

Advocate for assigned clients by collaborating with personal supports and external entities to enhance relationships and promote self-advocacy.

Input clinical documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system in the appropriate format and submit all documentation according to agency policies and procedures.

Maintain an active Ohio LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC license in good standing with the state board.

Perform any other duties as assigned.
