Why Work as an NICU STAT Nurse?

Our Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICU) in all four of our acute care hospitals are situated in the western suburbs of Philadelphia and range from a Level III to a Level II NICU department. Our medical staff from CHOP provides in-house coverage 24 hours a day. You would be a part of our NICU RN team that is specially educated and experienced in the care of high-risk and premature infants. As a NICU nurse, you will be uniquely trained to counsel and help parents cope with the emotional stress and practical problems associated with having a baby in the NICU, all while providing the best medical care possible to the patient. The work you do makes a tremendous impact!
