Job description

Role Title : Founding Full Stack Engineer

Start Date : 12 / 15 / 2005

Compensation : Meaningful Equity

Farda is reinventing medication adherence with a smart vial and AI-powered platform that automatically tracks ingestion, detects deviations, and syncs real-time data to clinicians and study teams. Patients get a simple, portable device. Biotechs get the cleanest adherence data in the industry. We're moving fast, shipping hardware + software, and scaling to our first clinical pilots.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Full Stack Engineer based in the San Francisco Bay Area, with flexibility for partial remote work. The Full Stack Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of web applications. Key responsibilities include building scalable software solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, and optimizing system performance to enhance user experience. The role also involves debugging, testing, and deploying high-quality code to ensure system reliability.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Full-Stack Development, including Back-End and Front-End Development
Experience with Software Development and designing scalable applications
Strong knowledge of web technologies, including Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and web frameworks
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
Experience in healthcare or medication management solutions is a plus

Produced comprehensive pitch assets : deck, product videos, UI walkthroughs
