Company Description : Bel-Air Manor is a 71-bed, family-owned skilled nursing facility in Newington, Connecticut specializing in short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. We are currently hiring an Admission Director. Come join our team!

Responsibilities :

Manage the Centers customer referral flow admissions process with urgency and follow through skills including community sales, referral management, and admission sign in, through post admission.

Meet census goals by working with the Centers interdisciplinary team and the Ryders Health Management Continuum (SNF, Out-patient Therapies, Lighthouse Home Healthcare, Companion Care and Ryders Rehab) to coordinate appropriate customer care.

Assure that the appropriate medical and financial reports / records are provided to the facility prior to or upon the resident’s admission (signing process).   Remain in compliance with timeliness.

Requirements : LPN or higher
