We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused  Billing Representative  to join our Billing Department. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a background in billing, finance, or customer service. You will play a key role in ensuring billing accuracy, resolving inquiries, and supporting smooth financial operations for clients.

Compensation : $29 - $31 hourly

Responsibilities :

• Generate and distribute customer invoices accurately and on time
• Review billing data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies
• Assist customers with billing-related questions and provide excellent service
• Process payments and monitor outstanding balances
• Work closely with the Accounting and Customer Service teams to support billing processes
• Maintain organized records and documentation of billing activities
• Assist with special projects and reporting as needed
