Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and provide friendly assistance to callers
Help with simple troubleshooting and submit support tickets as needed
Schedule appointments and guide callers through next steps
Required Qualifications
A quiet place to work and reliable high-speed internet
A computer (Windows-based), with dual monitors preferred, and a USB-wired headset
A high school diploma or GED
The ability to pass a background check
Availability between 9 am - 6 : 30 pm EST, Monday-Friday
