Colorado Licensed Insurance Defense Attorney

A company is looking for a Temporary Insurance Defense Attorney, licensed and residing in Colorado, to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the entire legal process, including investigation, discovery, trial preparation, and negotiations

Research applicable laws to develop legal strategies and communicate them with claims representatives and clients

Establish relationships with claims representatives and clients, and conduct training sessions as needed

Required Qualifications

Membership in the Colorado Bar

A minimum of 2 years of successful experience practicing law

Experience in insurance defense is strongly preferred

JD degree required

Broad knowledge of insurance law and familiarity with recent legal developments
