Customer Service Representative
We specialize in providing non-core, mission critical facilities maintenance and management services to large organizations with geographically dispersed properties in various industries. We are looking for multiple temporary / part time "on demand" Customer Service Representatives to coordinate the delivery of snow removal services for our national client base. This position assists our account teams with the front end and clerical tasks related to scheduling, notifying and validating the vendors in our network that are providing snow and ice remediation services to our various clients. Representatives respond to customer service requests electronically and by phone to ensure that services provided meet or exceed client and our expectations.
These roles are ideal for those looking to earn extra money, those available only part time, due to other obligations, college students, and stay-at-home parents with daytime availability.
Schedules : You provide your availability upon hire and will be scheduled as needed within those hours. You can change your availability at any time. Additional requests for staff may be sent if there are additional shifts that need coverage (due to new snow events etc). The work schedules for each week will vary significantly along with the snowfall patterns throughout the country. While we cannot guarantee a minimum number of hours, the ability to change your availability from week to week gives you the freedom to be flexible with your schedule. These roles are anticipated to be needed from December 2025 to April 2026.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
Take incoming calls from customers and suppliers and route them to the appropriate account team member
Advanced work order triage and troubleshooting via email, telephone or 3rd party communications
Act as a trusted resource for customers and suppliers
Prepare customer invoices
Other tasks as required
Qualifications :
Prior experience working in a high volume, fast paced customer service role. Call center experience preferred.
Demonstrated ability to problem solve.
Proven ability to multitask and prioritize.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Experience in the trades, such as HVAC, Floor Care, Electrical, Plumbing, Roofing, Landscaping or building repair and maintenance a plus
Previous experience working with a work order management system a plus
Bi-lingual English / Spanish skills a plus
Work hours for this position are subject to change; ample notice will be provided prior to any schedule changes. While we will work to try and accommodate your availability we are not able to guarantee any certain number of hours per week. The more flexibility that you offer, the more that there will be a chance for hours.
