Medical Technologist (MT) / Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)

Location : Multiple Opportunities Nationwide

Key Responsibilities

Perform and validate a variety of complex laboratory tests in areas such as hematology, chemistry, blood bank, and microbiology

Analyze and report accurate test results to assist in diagnosis and treatment

Maintain quality control procedures and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Operate and troubleshoot laboratory instruments and equipment

Document and maintain clear, accurate records within the Laboratory Information System (LIS)

Qualifications

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or related field

ASCP certification (MT, MLS, or MLT) required

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced clinical setting

Prior hospital or reference lab experience preferred but not required (varies by role)
