Key Responsibilities
Oversee HR processes ensuring compliance, documentation, and policy accuracy
Manage administrative workflows and maintain operational documentation across various platforms
Track HR and operations compliance and lead process improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
5+ years of HR and operations experience, with at least 2 years in a management role
Experience with HR platforms such as TriNet, Rippling, and JazzHR
Knowledge of compliance, licensing, contractor administration, and payroll coordination
Familiarity with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) or similar frameworks
Authorized to work in the U.S
