What You'll Do : Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Monitor and control access to the location, verifying credentials and granting entry to authorized individuals only. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify any security-related concerns. Maintain detailed and accurate records of access control activities, incidents, and security-related observations as required by site procedures. Communicate clearly and professionally with team members, management, and visitors to address questions or concerns related to security-related matters. Minimum Requirements : Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
