We are currently looking for a skilled LPN for a 1 : 1 school case below in Armonk, N.Y.

Setting : School

Schedule : Full-time, Mon-Fri 7 : 30 AM-4 : 00 PM

Case Details : We are seeking a reliable and experienced LPN to support students Monday through Friday, from 7 : 30 AM to 4 : 00 PM. This role includes :

• Accompanying a bus route with students diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes, ensuring safety and monitoring throughout transport.
• Providing clinical support in the school nurse's office during the school day.
• Supervising students with Type 1 Diabetes on the bus ride home.

The ideal candidate will have school nursing experience and be comfortable managing multiple Type 1 diabetic students (2-3). Strong proficiency with continuous glucose monitoring, Dexcom, and overall Type 1 Diabetes management is required.
