Overview

Weeks Group, LLC is a leading construction firm specializing in the development of advanced data center facilities. We are seeking a skilled Data Center Construction Project Manager with over 5 years of Mission Critical experience to join our team. This role involves planning, executing, and delivering large-scale data center projects, working with multidisciplinary teams to ensure on-schedule, on-budget delivery and high-quality standards. A strong understanding of hyper-scale data center construction is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop and implement comprehensive construction plans for data center projects.
  • Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, and fire protection.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and ensure safety and project specifications compliance.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet milestones and deliverables.
  • Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment, working with vendors to ensure timely delivery.
  • Review and approve technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
  • Provide technical support and leadership to construction teams throughout all project phases.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for project challenges.
  • Foster a collaborative, positive work environment that promotes teamwork and effective stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data center construction project management.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, including design principles and installation methods.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Procore, Microsoft Project).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience working with subcontractors, vendors, and third-party consultants.
  • In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to data center construction.
  • Compensation & Benefits

  • Base pay range : $150,000.00 / yr - $180,000.00 / yr
