Job Title : General Production Worker

Pay : $17.50 an hour / / Paid Weekly!!!

1st Shift : 6 : 30 am - 7 : 00 PM (12 hour shift - 2-2-3 schedule)

Job Description

As a General Production Worker, you will be responsible for inspecting products for quality and ensuring they are properly packaged. You will collaborate with colleagues to complete tasks and uphold standards. Additionally, you may assist in training new employees, work alongside operators, clean equipment, and perform various tasks as needed to support operations.

Work Environment

This role operates solely in a factory setting, requiring standing for long periods and occasional walking on the plant floor. The work environment is non-climate-controlled, with shifts available as follows : A and C Shift from 6 : 30 AM to 7 PM, B and D Shift from 6 : 30 PM to 7 AM. The schedule is designed to offer a balanced work-life experience, with weekends off every other week.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dover, DE.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $18.50 / hr.
