Description :

This position is for a RN specializing in PACU.

The role involves supporting the main operating room.

This unit accepts various patient types including inpatient, outpatient, endoscopy, ICU, and some vascular patients.

Occasionally, the unit also accepts OB, cardiac, and interventional radiology patients.

On-call duties are assigned based on a sign-up sheet.

Candidates must have experience in both the PACU and ICU settings.

The successful applicant will be required to work night shifts.

Comprehensive skills in managing a variety of medical procedures and patient care tasks are essential.

The RN will engage in interdisciplinary support with various services including respiratory, physical therapy, and pharmacy.

Patient care will involve managing a diverse patient population of all ages, including adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics.

Patient census varies from 80 to 110 per day.

Candidates must adhere to specific compliance requirements throughout their assignment.

Travelers are expected to work at least one holiday during their assignment.

All submissions must include confirmation of the candidate's commitment to the start date.

Compliance documentation is required prior to beginning the assignment.
