Document Specialist

The Fountain Group is a national staffing firm, and we are currently seeking a Document Specialist for a client of ours. This position will be located in St. Joseph, MO. Details for the position are as follows :

Job Description :

Long Term Contract

Pay Rate : $22.38 / hour

Looking for someone to assist with archival of GMP documents and other duties as assigned.

Archival assistance includes (but is not limited to) inventorying & archiving documents to send to offsite storage. Receipt of GMP controlled documents to file within the document control center.

Receive and complete document requests from various departments.

Data entry into the archival spreadsheet and filing documents accordingly.

Retrieving controlled documents from onsite file storage and inventory documents, pack documents into box and submission of documents to long-term storage facility.

Qualifications

• 1-4+ years of relevant experience is desired.
• GMP industry experience is a plus, not required.
