As an attending psychiatrist for the Adult Partial Hospitalization Program, I manage a caseload of approximately eight patients per day, focusing on addiction treatment and outpatient consultations. My responsibilities include new patient evaluations, medical management, psychotherapy, and coordinating with families and referring physicians. This role involves participation in after-hours call and requires qualifications including MI License and BE / BC certification.

• Serve as the attending psychiatrist for the Adult Partial Hospitalization Program
• Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
• Join 1.5 Psychiatrists and 1 APP
• Avg 8 patients / day
• Need due to provider retirement
• 8 week assignment beginning in April 2023-June 2023
• Provide outpatient consultation and support to patients in need of addiction treatment and services.
• Patient care responsibilities include new patient evaluations, medical management and psychotherapy, team conferences, communication with patient's family and referring physicians, and discharge planning.
• Participates in the after-hours call for program patients.
