Location : Hybrid in Nashville, TN (preferred) or Remote (U.S. only)

Compensation : $130,000 $170,000 base salary (depending on experience and level)

Eligibility : U.S. residents only (due to privacy tech compliance requirements)

As we continue to scale, were seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to ensure our systems are reliable, scalable, and secure. This new role will report to the Chief Technology Officer and directly impact the quality and trust our clients experience, helping us deliver best-in-class digital privacy services.

What Youll Do

• Keep critical services up and running within defined SLAs.
• Participate in the on-call rotation to respond quickly to outages and performance issues.
• Architect and maintain scalable infrastructure to support traffic growth and data expansion.
• Own instrumentation of logs, metrics, and monitoring for core systems.
• Collaborate with the Security team to ensure compliance with privacy and security controls.
• Partner with engineering peers to embed reliability practices into development workflows.
