Director of Voice Engineering

A company is looking for a Director of Voice Engineering & Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and motivate the Voice Engineering & Operations team

Oversee Voice VoIP & TDM Networks, ensuring optimization and support for network issues

Manage relationships with internal client groups and vendors while leading project management initiatives

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related field preferred

Minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in voice engineering or telecommunications

At least ten (10) years in a leadership or management role overseeing technical teams

Experience in a Class 4 or 5 TDM / Soft Switch / Hybrid Central Office environment is a plus

Understanding of VoIP protocols and network design preferred
