The Flooring Installer will oversee and coordinate flooring installation projects, with a specific focus on epoxy flooring and floor polishing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in these areas, strong leadership skills, and a willingness to travel to various job sites. This role requires excellent organizational abilities and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities :

• Project Oversight : Supervise and coordinate all aspects of flooring installation projects, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Team Leadership : Lead and manage a team of flooring installers, providing guidance, training, and support as needed. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Installation : Oversee and participate in the installation of epoxy flooring, including surface preparation, application, and finishing. Ensure that all installations meet or exceed industry standards.
• Floor Polishing : Supervise and perform floor polishing tasks, ensuring a high-quality finish and adherence to client specifications.
• Quality Control : Conduct inspections to ensure that all work meets company standards and client expectations. Address any issues or defects promptly.
• Safety Compliance : Implement and enforce safety protocols and practices on job sites to ensure a safe working environment for all team members. Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols in industrial settings.
• Client Interaction : Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, address any concerns, and provide updates on project progress.
• Travel : Travel to various job sites as required.
• Equipment and Material Management : Ensure that all necessary tools, equipment, and materials are available and in good working condition.
