About the Role

We are seeking an energetic, hands-on Director of Coaching & Operations to join our children's soccer and t-ball coaching team. In this role, you'll work closely with the Executive Director to lead both on the field and behind the scenes. You'll coach classes, recruit and mentor staff, manage schedules, and help drive program growth.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with at least 12 years of experience in early childhood education, sports coaching, or youth programming, who's ready to take the next step into a leadership role with long-term career growth potential.

What You'll Do

• Manage & Organize : Oversee scheduling, staff assignments, and "Swap Meets" for coaches. Serve as the primary point of contact for schedule changes.
• Mentor & Train : Recruit, hire, and train new coaches; provide ongoing mentorship and performance feedback.
• Coach & Lead : Step in to lead sessions when needed (ages 18), support coaches during classes and demos, and ensure program quality.
• Supervise & Evaluate : Visit sites weekly, observe classes, and provide structured performance reviews.
• Engage Families : Ensure excellent parent communication and consistent program experiences.
• Promote Growth : Support marketing events to help expand within our partner schools and community sites.
