Occupational Therapist

Responsibilities :

Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing and rehab setting

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on maximizing independence and function

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure person-centered care

Document all services provided in accordance with facility and state regulations

Contribute to a positive and engaging therapy environment

Qualifications :

Current Pennsylvania Occupational Therapy license (or eligibility)

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Strong communication, time management, and teamwork skills

Passion for working with older adults and making a difference every day
