Job Description
- Assist with federal securities laws, including : Reporting under the 1934 Act. Registered and exempt offerings under the 1933 Act.
- Support SEC reporting and compliance matters.
- Work on venture capital and private equity financings.
- Conduct legal research, draft documents, and advise clients on securities regulations.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to provide innovative solutions for clients.
Qualifications
