Schedule : Five 8-hour shifts 4p-12a or four 10-hour shifts 2p-12a

Company : Beaumont Home Health and Hospice

Service Area : Detroit, MI and Surrounding areas. Office is located in Detroit.

What You Will Love Doing

You will provide skilled nursing care in a patient's home as directed by the medical director and / or attending physician. You’ll manage and facilitate resource applications to meet patient needs. If there are minimal to no after-hours needs during the shift, you will support chart review and patient phone calls from your home.
