About The Position

ID : 69796057 Shift : Variable 8 and 12H shifts occurring between the hours of 6 : 00AM-6 : 30PM, Call is required. Description : is a backfill. ASAP start needed. Needs strong ortho experience. Shift : 3x12 hour shifts a week 0630-1900 plus on call shift. Department : 4 OR suites, plus additional rooms for minor procedures Specialty of 2 years experience as a Surgical Tech required. CST certification and BLS certification issued through American Heart Association are required. Rural hospital, perform a lot of Ortho cases. Facility has a lot of visiting physicians that hold clinic for ENT, Ortho, ect. DaVinci Robot and Mako experience required. Since it is a smaller facility, Surgical Tech will assist with turning rooms, cleaning, and picking cases.Will take call 1x per week and every 6th weekend, which runs Fri PM-Mon AM.Must have a positive attitude and be a team player. Candidate should be extremely honest during phone interview regarding their skill set and abilities as they do expect travelers to come in and hit the ground running. Scrubs : Hospital provided Orientation : Flexibility to start any day of the week. Brief hospital orientation to obtain badge and review hospital policies and procedures and then will report to department where the Surgical Tech will be checked off on competencies. Length of orientation will be dependent on traveler and their skill set. Guaranteed Hours : 36 Contract Weeks : 91
