Position Overview

As a Nursing Assistant (NA) , you will play a vital role in delivering resident-centered care and daily living assistance in our long-term care facility. Your work will directly impact the lives of our residents, ensuring they receive the support they need in a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to residents, assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Monitor and record vital signs, offering psychosocial support as needed.
• Assist residents with mobility, using appropriate techniques and equipment.
• Enhance the dining experience by assisting with meals and snacks.
• Document resident interactions and communicate any changes in condition to the charge nurse.
• Support wellness and recreational programs, encouraging resident participation.
• Maintain cleanliness in living areas through housekeeping and laundry services.
