Duties :
- Utilize software and databases to track customer information and sales progress
- Organize and maintain inventory of vehicles on the lot
- Negotiate sales contracts and pricing with customers
- Conduct outbound sales activities to reach new customers and expand market reach
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Use math skills to calculate financing options and provide accurate pricing information
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when interacting with customers
