Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Tax Manager to join our team in a remote capacity, specializing in S-Corp taxation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax compliance and planning, particularly for S-Corporations, and will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality tax services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee tax compliance and reporting for S-Corporations.
• Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities for clients.
• Review and prepare complex tax returns and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Conduct tax research and provide advisory services to clients on various tax matters.
• Collaborate with clients to gather necessary documentation and provide guidance on tax-related issues.
• Supervise and mentor junior tax staff, providing training and support as needed.
• Stay updated on tax laws and regulations to ensure the firms practices are compliant.
