Key Responsibilities
Provide service support to members and providers through various communication channels
Conduct surveys related to health assessments and member / provider satisfaction
Document details related to member or provider inquiries accurately
Required Qualifications
HS Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
1-3 years of sales and / or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
Preferred education includes an Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Familiarity with systems such as Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and CRM software
Ability to work scheduled shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed
