The Store Manager In Training (SMIT) job is a development focused role designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position. The SMIT program is a 16-week, self-paced, collaborative training that includes both virtual and hands-on learning experiences. You will be supported by a District Leader, Human Resources Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and your Store Manager coach to develop as a future store leader.

Pay and Benefits
Pay Range : $18.50 - $26.25 per hour
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
