Oracle Lead Project Manager

A company is looking for an Oracle Lead Project Manager to oversee the implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP and ADP Workforce Now solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage Oracle Cloud ERP and ADP WFN implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget

Provide expert guidance on Oracle Cloud ERP and ADP WFN applications, driving process transformation for Accounting, FP&A, and HR teams

Develop detailed project plans, oversee execution, and manage project risks and issues through structured governance

Required Qualifications

Experience in leading Oracle Cloud ERP and ADP WFN implementation projects

Strong knowledge of financial processes, particularly in Accounting and FP&A

Proven ability to manage project budgets and scope changes effectively

Expertise in change management and process transformation

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors
