A company is looking for an HR Manager to oversee human resources functions and support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with leadership on workforce planning, recruiting, retention, and organizational growth strategies
Provide guidance on complex HR matters, including performance management and employee relations
Manage payroll administration and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required
5-7 years of progressive HR management experience preferred
Experience with change management and organizational integration; exposure to mergers and acquisitions is a plus
Hands-on experience with payroll administration and HRIS platforms
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is highly desired
