Job description

As a Lending Services Manager, you will be directly responsible for the administrative work to support central lending functions.

Lending Services Manager Job Responsibilities :

  • Maintain, analyze and review monthly statistics and reports to evaluate quality of loan packages for any / all loan programs
  • Oversee all lending fundings and productions
  • Monitors and plans with Consumer Lending Manager all funding lending functions for growth while mitigating risk
  • Generates Monthly reporting for all loan program fundings
  • Communicates regularly with all loan lead vendors
  • Assists in monthly audit reports
  • Perform administrative processes as assigned in relation to Title lien services
  • Reviews any and all documents to ensure accuracy and loan package maintenance
  • Communicates regularly with Lien Title vendor
  • Responsible for facilitating trainings / meetings to relevant associates
  • Leads associate development and support, including education, training, performance evaluation
  • Re-enforces credit union goals to support credit union objectives

Lending Services Manager Experience :

  • Five to Ten years of similar or related experience, including time spent in preparatory positions
  • Experienced with Web Based Applications and Windows
  • Experience in loan operations and processing, and working with loan servicing data processing systems
  • Bilingual preferred

    • Lending Services Manager Education :

  • A college degree preferred

    • Lending Services Manager Schedule :

  • Exempt (Monday through Friday)
